So, I had another frustratingly long day at work. The job took longer than expected, I was tired and sore and missed going to the UC basketball game. Then I walked outside and saw it was snowing, which made my mood a little better. But what really changed it was when I got in my car to drive home, I put my phone on shuffle and these songs played in order: Beautiful Things Please Be My Strength ...

While putting carpet in a retirement center today, a lady on a hoverround drove past our room, then slowly backed up to see what we were doing, and then took off once I looked up. The look on her face as she “gunned it” was priceless haha.
